We value simplicity and privacy. We do not require registration or personal data to use the Service. Uploaded files are hosted on our servers for a limited timeframe (currently set to 90 days after the last download). After expiration, files are permanently deleted.

Zipyshare provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or guarantee of file stability or uptime. In no event shall we be liable for any data loss, damages, or consequences arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. Uploaded data is entirely at the user's risk.
